Medium: Oil pastel, soft pastel.
Style:
Impressionist, abstract
Technique:
I choose to use the non-toxic, French and Swiss oils and soft pastel non-toxic oils. Also mixed media. My work remains in constant change.
Inspiration:
The tropics, nature and the human form remain my constant sources of inspiration. I enjoy painting images that honor the spirit, beauty and grace of the female and of nature.
Philosophy:
As for my artwork, each individual piece is a synthesis of the various cultural influences I've experienced converted into a painting. The ordered complexity that results is intended to convey a simple message and a sincere reverence for life.
