Securing Your Desired Artwork:
By submitting a reservation request you understand that original art may not be available at the time of your request. Art On Maui will secure art from the artist or gallery before confirming the sale of any original art.

Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping and insurance costs are not included in the price of the art unless otherwise indicated. Shipping and insurance cost will be determined once the art is secured.

Return Policy and 30-day Money Back Guarantee:
All art products are guaranteed to be of same likeness, size and materials indicated in each depiction. Art On Maui will accept returns of any art found not as indicated in it's description or damaged during shipment at it's own expense. Artwork purchased can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason (other than mishandling) at the buyer's expense for full refund of purchases.

Colors on the Internet:
Colors shown on this website are not likely to be accurate due to the nature of monitor settings and resolutions. It would be impossible to correlate colors in a piece of art to every computer monitor's unique settings. While we have made every effort to bring you the most accurate depiction of the art you desire we cannot guarantee the likenesses found on your monitor to be as you will find on the original art or print you purchase.
